What is Energy Audit
Energy audit is often one of the first steps in making energy use more efficient. It is an important part to make an energy saving project.
Generally, energy audit is an inspection, survey and analysis of energy flows in a building, process or system with the objective of understanding the energy situation of the system. The purpose of energy audit is conducted to seek opportunities to reduce the amount of energy input into the system without negatively affecting the output(s). From the understanding of current energy use, an energy audit can help to prioritize the energy saving solutions according to cost and profitability.
What do we do
Based on our project development process, software and experiences, Wit provides:
- Energy audit and management in building and industry.
- Education and training in energy management.
- Identification, development, financial advice and management of energy efficiency projects.
CITIC Liaoyuan Project - project carried by ENSI
CITIC Liaoyuan belongs to the CITIC Machinery Manufacturing (CMM) Group which is a state owned Chinese company producing parts and components to automobile and machinery companies. CMM has 6 factories located in Shanxi province and employs about 13,000 people.
We built a energy management team in the plant. Then the team identified the points should to be inspected and monitored the current situation of these points to generate measures for improving the energy use.
Based on the data from previous activities, our energy software will do financial analysis for the scanning and auditing report.
